Please read these Terms of Use and Disclaimer carefully before using the ZumiLabs OmniCapt browser extension ("OmniCapt"). By installing and using OmniCapt, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Use at Your Own Risk

OmniCapt is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Neither ZumiLabs nor the developer assumes any responsibility or liability for any errors, omissions, or potential damages resulting from the use of this software.

2. Data Privacy & Local Storage

OmniCapt values your privacy. We want to be completely transparent about how your data is handled:

• Local Processing: All screenshots, screen recordings, local folder settings, and URL capture sets are processed and stored locally on your device or in your browser's local sandbox storage.
• No Server Uploads: No captured images, video recordings, or configuration settings are transmitted to or stored on ZumiLabs servers. Everything stays on your machine.
• Data Loss: Because all data is stored locally, clearing your browser cache, uninstalling the extension, or encountering a browser crash could lead to a permanent loss of settings or local configurations. ZumiLabs cannot recover or restore this data.

3. User Responsibility

As the user, you are solely responsible for:

• The content you choose to capture or record using the extension.
• Ensuring you do not capture sensitive information (such as passwords, credit card numbers, or personal identifying data) unless it is stored and managed securely.
• Obtaining any necessary permissions before capturing or recording copyrighted material or third-party web content.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall ZumiLabs or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses) arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use OmniCapt, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Changes to the Extension and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue OmniCapt or any part thereof at any time with or without notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of the extension following any updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
