Please read these Terms of Use and Disclaimer carefully before using the ZumiLabs CABE browser extension ("CABE"). By installing and using CABE, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Use at Your Own Risk

CABE is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Neither ZumiLabs nor the developer assumes any responsibility or liability for any errors, omissions, or potential damages resulting from the use of this software.

2. Data Privacy & Local Storage

CABE values your privacy. All bookmarks, custom template fields, network domains, and workspace sets are processed and stored locally on your device or in your browser's local sandbox storage. No information is uploaded to or synced by ZumiLabs. Because all data is stored locally, clearing your browser cache, uninstalling the extension, or encountering a browser crash could lead to a permanent loss of settings or local configurations. ZumiLabs cannot recover or restore this data.

3. User Responsibility

As the user, you are solely responsible for:

The bookmarks and URLs you choose to configure within your workspaces.
Ensuring you do not store highly sensitive credentials in your template bookmark URLs unless they are secure.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall ZumiLabs or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses) arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use CABE, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Changes to the Extension and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue CABE or any part thereof at any time with or without notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of the extension following any updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
